Ingredients

How to make it

  • Slice bread in half horizontally. With fingers, pull out about one-third of the soft bread, reserving for another use if you wish.
  • In bowl mix margarine together with the mushrooms, cheese, onions and garlic.
  • Spread on both cut sides of bread and place, cut side up, on baking sheet.
  • Bake in a 400F oven for 20-30 minutes or until crisp on the outside and the cheese is hot and melted.
  • Cut each piece of bread into 6 wedges.
  • Enjoy!
