Roasted Brussels Sprouts

- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, fresh, trimmed shopping list
- 3/4 to 1 Tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp crushed garlic, juice and all shopping list
How to make it
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat sprouts well. Place on a cookie sheet or in a shallow baking pan and roast for about 45 minutes at 375 to 400 until crisp on the outside, stirring and moving them around every 15 minutes.
- Try adding herbs such as Rosemary and Thyme to this for a real treat.
