How to make it

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat sprouts well. Place on a cookie sheet or in a shallow baking pan and roast for about 45 minutes at 375 to 400 until crisp on the outside, stirring and moving them around every 15 minutes.
  • Try adding herbs such as Rosemary and Thyme to this for a real treat.

    I can't believe that I used to hate brussels sprouts - before I discovered roasting them! If you slice them in half the cooking time is much less. I do it in a hot oven - 400°. And if you chop up a slice of bacon & sprinkle it over the sprouts, it's just insanely delicious!

    Brussels sprouts are one of my all time favorite vegetables and this is one dish I eat frequently! I use different herbs and spices so it's different every time but it's always great.
