How to make it

  • Broil the corn until they are char 5 min on each side
  • cut and in the pood precessor add garlic
  • chopped scalion, boiled and peeled potatoes
  • puree until they all crushed but not too smooth
  • season with salt and pepper and mixed some more

    i bought a purple couliflower from meijer a regular supermarket, when i blanched them the color turn into blue, it actually the veggie for the meal but the corn kinda lonely so i hug them with the couliflower, heheheeh
