Last night when I make swiss steak it ussually accompany with mashed potatoes,but since it summer and there are plenty corn in the market, why not used it, taste different but surely give a new flavour of a side dish

I bought a purple couliflower from meijer a regular supermarket, when i blanched them the color turn into blue, it actually the veggie for the meal but the corn kinda lonely so i hug them with the couliflower, heheheeh
