Shrimp And Cheese Bisque

- 2 Tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon onion or shallot, minced shopping list
- 1 (10.5 - oz) can of condensed cheddar cheese soup shopping list
- 2 1/2 Cups milk shopping list
- 1 (16 oz) can of chopped tomatoes shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- 8 oz Fresh or Frozen cooked shrimp shopping list
- 1/4 Teaspoon worcestershire sauce (optional) shopping list
- 1/4 Cup white wine (optional shopping list
- Pinch of dill (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- In a Pot, heat Butter and saute' onions.
- Add soup, milk, tomatoes and all additional seasonings to taste.
- Heat, do not boil.
- Add Shrimp and cook 10 minutes on low.
- Serve Hot... with crusty bread and a glass of wine.
