Sour Cream Kluski Noodles

Here's a quick and easy preparation of egg noodles that reminds me of tastes from my visit to Prague. Kluski is a generic Polish name for all kinds of dumplings without a filling, though at times the word also refers to noodles as well.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. Kluski egg noodles shopping list
- 1 c. sour cream shopping list
- 2 tbsp. butter shopping list
- 3 green onions, chopped shopping list
- 1 c. parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Cook egg noodles and drain.
- While noodles are draining in colander, melt butter in saucepan. Add most of the green onion, sour cream, cheese and nutmeg. Stir well to combine.
- Return noodles to pan; toss lightly to coat noodles. Sprinkle additional green onion on top. Serve immediately.

I have never had kluski noodles before and finding out they are healthier than regular makes me happy :) Great sour cream sauce! More in the IMI Sour...more
