Peach And Cherry Crostada

Had some peaches to use up so I came up with this crostada. It was a big hit with the resident fruit lover.
Ingredients
- 1 pie crust, store bought shopping list
- 5 peaches, peeled, pit removed and diced to bite size shopping list
- 15 cherries, pit removed and sliced in half shopping list
- 3-4 tbls. sugar shopping list
- 1 tbls. corn starch shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425
- Place pie crust into pie plate
- In mixing bowl add remaining ingredients except egg and combine
- Put fruit filling in middle of pie crust
- Fold over the pie crust into center of filling all the way around
- Whisk up egg
- Give crust egg wash
- Bake 25-35 minutes or until pie crust is golden brown
