How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Place pie crust into pie plate
  • In mixing bowl add remaining ingredients except egg and combine
  • Put fruit filling in middle of pie crust
  • Fold over the pie crust into center of filling all the way around
  • Whisk up egg
  • Give crust egg wash
  • Bake 25-35 minutes or until pie crust is golden brown

    Our daughter does something so similar each summer with whatever fruit is around and ripe nd each variation is delicious. Of course yours is delicious, too.
