Ingredients

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened

4 green onions chopped

1/8 tsp garlic powder

3 slices bacon cut in half

Directions

flatten chicken breasts by pounding between plastic wrap

in a bowl, combine cream cheese, onion, and garlic powder

shape into 6 balls

place 1 into each chicken breast, fold over and secure with a toothpick

add a bacon slice over top of each checken breast

bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes

This is my favorite chicken dish, absolutely love it. I completely wrap the chicken with bacon and I use minced fresh garlic, then a sprinkling of paprika on top for color and a bit of freshly ground pepper. This is fabulous served with pasta and fresh tomato & basil sauce and a glass of Chard.
