Easy,cheesy Cauliflower Recipe

How to make it

  • Cut califlower into 8 to 12 large pieces,discarding core.;place in microwave casserole dish.
  • Add water;cover. Microwave on high 10 mins;drain. Return cauliflower to casserole dish.
  • Mix mayo and dijon...spread over cauliflower;sprinkle with cheese.
  • Microwave on high 1-2 mins or till cheese is melted....

    Marvellous easy recipe!! My hubby loves cauli this way, I've micro'd the cauli but never thought of doing the cheese topping in the micro. Thanks, you've just made my life a little easier!
