Ingredients
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup skim or low-fat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 ounces raisins
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar (someone suggested I could use 3 packets of sugar substitute, but I don't care for fake sugar when baking)

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together all of the ingredients.
  2. Let set for 10-15 minutes (this is important so the oats soak up the milk and soften a bit. BELIEVE me...they need to!)
  3. Coat a nonstick skillet with some cooking spray.
  4. Over medium heat, spoon 2 tablespoons of batter per puff.
  5. Brown, turning once to cook evenly on both sides and to make sure the puff is cooked through.
  6. Good warm or at room temperature..

Interesting! Sounds good!

You reference milk in the directions, but none is listed w/ the ingredients, please clarify. Sounds yummy, but I want to make sure I get it right.

Follow step #1 and mix all the ingredients together. Hope you try them and let me know how you like them!!!
