How to make it

  • In a mixing bowl, mix together all of the ingredients.
  • Let set for 10-15 minutes (this is important so the oats soak up the milk and soften a bit. BELIEVE me...they need to!)
  • Coat a nonstick skillet with some cooking spray.
  • Over medium heat, spoon 2 tablespoons of batter per puff.
  • Brown, turning once to cook evenly on both sides and to make sure the puff is cooked through.
  • Good warm or at room temperature..

    you reference milk in the directions, but none is listed w/ the ingredients, please clarify. Sounds yummy, but I want to make sure I get it right.
