How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Spray 9 inch glass pie plate with cooking spray
  • In skillet over medium heat, cook beef, onion, salt and pepper until broken up and no longer pink
  • Drain
  • Put back in skillet and add taco seasoning and water
  • Simmer for 4-5 minutes until water evaporates
  • Pour into pie plate
  • Sprinkle tomatoes on top
  • Top with cheese
  • In mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, milk and eggs
  • Pour over cheese.
  • Bake 25 minutes or so

    The Bisquick layer was slimy and hard to eat. Did I do something wrong? I even left it in for longer then it asked.
