How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Split each chicken breast, leaving about 1/2 inch attached, careful not to cut all the way through. Season inside with salt & pepper. Spoon 2 tbsp of spinach dip into each breast. Secure breasts with toothpicks if needed. Place in baking dish. Spray lightly with cooking spray and season tops with salt and pepper. Bake for about 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
