Ingredients
- Tamale filling Green chili
- * 1 cup green chiles, roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped
- * 3 cups shredded Jack cheese
- * 1/2 cup green chile sauce
- * season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin powder.
- * You may want to double or triple recipe..
Directions
- I place this filling in my prepared tamale dough (using corn husks), in that order.
- takes about 2 min. per tamale.. about 90 min. to steam a big pot full.
