Ingredients

Tamale filling Green chili

* 1 cup green chiles, roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped

* 3 cups shredded Jack cheese

* 1/2 cup green chile sauce

* season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin powder.

* You may want to double or triple recipe..

Directions

I place this filling in my prepared tamale dough (using corn husks), in that order.

takes about 2 min. per tamale.. about 90 min. to steam a big pot full.
