Whiskey Mushrooms

- 3lbs fresh white or baby bella mushrooms, whole shopping list
- 1 onion, grated shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic shopping list
- 2 1/2 sticks butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup whiskey shopping list
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce shopping list
- several sprigs of fresh thyme, tarragon, rosemary, etc( I used tarragon) shopping list
- kosher or sea salt and fresh ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours, until mushrooms are cooked down and hot throughout. It's okay to give these a few stirs.
- Serve with a slotted spoon as an appetizer or a side for a steak dinner.
- Don't let anyone eat the twigs of herbs! ;-)

I saw this from the home page and immediately thought these would be great with Tarragon...Great minds think a-like, very nice touch with the whiskey I am thinking Wild Turkey black label
