Ingredients

How to make it

  • Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 2-3 hours, until mushrooms are cooked down and hot throughout. It's okay to give these a few stirs.
  • Serve with a slotted spoon as an appetizer or a side for a steak dinner.
  • Don't let anyone eat the twigs of herbs! ;-)

Great post Keni. Odd how tastes change. Was a time Bourbon would have been the only answer. Now I'm thinking Brandy or Rum. I'm having a few of the Bent & Twisted Expats over for a BBQ on Saturday and have a fair bit of the last mushroom crop left so this is on as the tooth pick targets. Thanks. RJ
