How different! I must give this a try. I'm on a big cilantro kick lately. :)

Cilantro is easier (and cheaper) to find in Shanghai than Basil. I will definitely try it. Now we'll see if I can find cheap nuts. Walnut is no longer in season and blanched almonds can be quite expensive... What is the differnce between "non-salted almonds" and blanched ones?

    Thanks for the posting.

Almonds are making a great comeback thanks to recipes like this one, I love the twist from Basil.

    Great post
