I hate the fat chunks in breakfast sausage, so I'm going to try it with ground pork. This sounds real good with the cheese. I make my stuffing with apples and gr. pork and walnuts.

Oh My Gosh! This looks so delicious, I want it right now. This would be a good afternoon snack too or dinner. I would serve this at a tea or buffet as well. I can't wait to try it. I think I have everything including the pecans from our tree. Thanks for posting this wonderful recipe!
