How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a rubber spatula, adjusting seasonings to your liking. Serve over wedges of iceberg lettuce/gem lettuce/butter lettuce hearts, etc.

    Served this delicious dressing on a mushroom burger!! Used Greek yogurt in place of the mayo. Have some left over so I'll probably mix it I have a giant head of iceberg lettuce that I plan on using like Frankie did. Thanks Luisa! 3/17/13

    This is a delicious dressing! The only thing I omitted was the pimientos/red pepper because I had neither. I didn't quite get a tablespoon of chives, either, as mine haven't totally recovered from winter yet. Used sweet relish. I'm going to let the rest chill. I think I'll try some on a burger this weekend. :) Added a couple of pictures and a thread in IMI. 3/14/13
