Banana Cream Cheese Pie

A very good tasting banana pie that helps to keep a person cool in this overbearing heat we are having these days.
Ingredients
- 1 baked pie crust shopping list
- 3 bananas, sliced shopping list
- 4 oz. softened cream cheese shopping list
- 2-1/2 C. milk shopping list
- 1-6 oz. box instant vanilla pudding shopping list
- 1/4 C. lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Dip bananas in lemon juice.
- Place sliced bananas in crust.
- Beat together cream cheese and 1 cup milk.
- Add remaining milk and pudding; beat until well blended.
- Pour over bananas and chill.

I had a couple of problems with this. I had the softened, room temperature cream cheese but I couldn't get all the lumps out when mixing it with the milk. I think because the milk was cold? I'm not certain but you can clearly see the cream cheese ...more
