Parmesan Potato Sticks

- 2 pounds russet potatoes shopping list
- 1/2 cup fine seasoned bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, melted shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Peel potatoes.
- Cut lengthwise into quarters.
- Cut each quarter into 3 strips.
- In a bowl, mix crumbs, cheese, salt, garlic power and pepper.
- Roll potato strips in melted butter.
- Then, roll in crumb mixture.
- Place in a single layer onto a cookie sheet or shallow baking dish that is sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
- Dip in your favorite dressing or condiment.

Yes, I LOVE these - have been making these for awhile now...great flavor - I used crushed garlic french bread croutons. Delicious!
