How to make it

  • Peel potatoes.
  • Cut lengthwise into quarters.
  • Cut each quarter into 3 strips.
  • In a bowl, mix crumbs, cheese, salt, garlic power and pepper.
  • Roll potato strips in melted butter.
  • Then, roll in crumb mixture.
  • Place in a single layer onto a cookie sheet or shallow baking dish that is sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
  • Dip in your favorite dressing or condiment.

    Yes, I LOVE these - have been making these for awhile now...great flavor - I used crushed garlic french bread croutons. Delicious!
