How to make it

  • Brown the beef and drain the fat
  • While the meat is browning place the cans of beans in a pan and simmer for ten minutes
  • Add the packets of McCormicks Taco Seasoning to the beef and stir in with the beef stock
  • Strain the beans and add to the meat
  • Add the remaining ingredients and lower heat
  • Cook on low partially covered for about 30 minutes
  • Add to cooked pasta and it's ready to go
  • I usually put some shredded cheddar on top and cook it in the oven for about 20 minutes or so...gives it that day-old texture. Not necessary, though.
  • Enjoy!
