Basil Corn Off the Cob

- 6 earsh fresh corn on the cob shopping list
- butter shopping list
- 1 bunch basil, roughly chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp cayenne powder shopping list
How to make it
- Remove husks and silk from corn.
- Bring water to a rolling boil, add corn.
- Cook for 3 minutes once water has come back to a boil.
- Remove corn from water.
- Slice the corn off each cob. This is the tricky part, as it is still hot, try using tongs. Try to get chunks of corn, for the presentation.
- Gently toss with basil, cayenne, and enough butter to coat.
