Ingredients

How to make it

  • Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Arrange the saltines in a single layer.
  • Cook the butter and sugar in a pan until well mixed, frothy and thick.
  • About 5-8 minutes.
  • Pour over saltines and spread evenly to cover all the saltines.
  • Bake at 350 for 8 -10 minutes.
  • Remove when very bubbly and *before they look done*.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the saltines and return them to the oven for about a minute.
  • Then remove from oven to spread the melting chocolate to cover the whole pan of saltines. Let pan cool for a few minutes...
  • Refrigerate until firm.
  • Break into pieces and enjoy.
  • :) They'll be gone in a flash!
  • Great with a glass of Milk or Coffee.

wow no kidding this is scary. 2 sticks of butter and a cup of sugar. Made my blood sugars and my heart rate go up reading this. But it sounds perfect for everyone else! HAHAHA Thanks for the sinful sounding recipe.
