How to make it

  • Scoop out the mushroom caps, set in metal baking dish
  • Drizzle both sides of mushrooms with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Drain chickpeas
  • Combine in food processor: chickpeas, spinach, olive oil and spices
  • Fill mushrooms with hummus
  • Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden on top
