Stuffed Portabello Mushrooms

- 4 portabello mushrooms shopping list
- 1 can chickpeas shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- chili flakes shopping list
- one cup frozen spinach shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- balsamic vinegar shopping list
- extra olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Scoop out the mushroom caps, set in metal baking dish
- Drizzle both sides of mushrooms with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- Preheat oven to 350
- Drain chickpeas
- Combine in food processor: chickpeas, spinach, olive oil and spices
- Fill mushrooms with hummus
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden on top
