Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) package penne pasta shopping list
- 1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes shopping list
- 1 (8oz.) can tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1 lb. sweet Italian turkey sausage shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Take sausage out of casing.
- Cook sausage over med.-high heat until cooked through, making sure to break up into small pieces.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Coat a large baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place all ingredients into baking dish and mix well.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes.
