Easy Seafood Pasta Fra Diavolo Recipe
Really easy and good. I use the extra hot sauce and use two pounds of shrimp when I can't find good scallops

Ingredients
  • 1 (26 ounce) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle clam juice
  • 1/3 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce (or Frank's Xtra Red Hot)
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1 pound large shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1 pound scallops, halved if large
  • Hot, cooked pasta

Directions
  1. Combine marinara sauce, clam juice, hot sauce and tomato paste in large saucepan.
  2. Heat to boiling and simmer 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Stir in shrimp and scallops. Cook about 5 minutes until seafood is cooked through.
  4. Serve over cooked pasta.

Ahhh...Frank's Hot Sauce is THE ONLY hot sauce I ever use!!! I love it on everything, including popcorn! I have marked this to try soon.
