How to make it

  • Roast in a preheated 450-degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until internal temperature reads 155 degrees on a meat thermometer.
  • Remove pork from oven; let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

    Hey...you can change the picture, it's under edit this recipe in "your" recipe site. You just replace it with the right one. And as far as deleting anything else, I haven't found a way either...I'd like to delet a couple too

    Dixie if you find out how to delete things on this site please let me know too. I can't even seem to find out how to delete recipes that somehow appeared in my recipe manager that I would NEVER have put in there and want to get rid of but it looks like I am stuck with them even if I don't want them cause you can't delete stuff here or at least that I have found so far. LOL
