Pork Tenderloin

- 1 pork tenderloin, 3/4 to 1 pound shopping list
- 1/4 cup dijon-style mustard shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried shopping list
How to make it
- Roast in a preheated 450-degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until internal temperature reads 155 degrees on a meat thermometer.
- Remove pork from oven; let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
