How to make it

  • Put all together and beat thoroughly.
  • Let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
  • Stir down and place immediately into a greased loaf pan.
  • Let rise 45 minutes.
  • Put into 400 degree oven 10 minutes, then 375 degree for 30 minutes.

    It's about 2 1/4 tsp of yeast in 1 standard packet... I use bulk yeast too.
