I made something like this a few days ago over a skillet (too cold/snowy to grill), it still turned out pretty good!

You may even try to add some chili powder to it for a little kick :)

Did this last Sunday. Just got around to posting on it. We bought some huge prawns and used them. Grilled them on a fish plate along with some T-Bones. Feast for Royalty. I've added a pic to the recipe. If you don't care for it let me know and I'll remove it.

I totally LOVE garlic and SHIRMP! Living in the Northwest gives me plenty of chances to cook with seafood. Thank you for submitting this recipe and I will be trying this by the weekend! Heres to cooking and baking. :D

I'll have to face the garlic taste as I'm not found of it, but this recipe really makes me mad.

I am attempting shrimp scampi for the first time tonight. I will be cooking for one. I have 8-10 medium sized precooked shrimp and will be quartering them in an attempt to balance the whole head of garlic and half box of linguine I plan to use. I don't have the shallot or chives, but will do my best. Salud!
