Since Cranberry season is coming upon us, I thought it time to post this recipe. Some like to call it Relish, I like to call it Salsa.
It is the perfect complement to so many of the other favorites we enjoy during the holidays. :)

We make this !!!! Sometimes we use sugar... sometimes honey. First time people try it they look at you kind of strange as the cranberries are raw... I love it... it is to fresh..
