How to make it

  • Preheat oven to moderate., 350. Lightly grease a 8" x 12'"slice pan. Line base and sides with baking paper.
  • In a bowl, combine biscuit crumbs and butter. Mix well. Press mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 5 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine condensed milk, macadamias, chocolate chips, coconut and vanilla. Pour over base. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden and set.
  • Cool in pan. Serve cut into squares. Store in an airtight container.

    Well I can eat chocolate and loved reading through this recipe. Thank you for posting it! I will definitely try this and have a feeling that this one is a "keeper!"

    this sounds really good.. I can't eat chocolate but maybe I could substitute carob cookies...
