How to make it

  • In a medium bowl, melt butter.
  • Add the milk and the cocoa to the butter and mix them together, blending well.
  • Break the graham crackers into large pieces. Add with the chocolate chips to the milk mixture.
  • Mix, but not to a paste (ie. leave cookie chunks).
  • Pour out the mixture onto parchment paper or wax paper on a sided baking sheet. Spread evenly with a spatula.
  • Sprinkle the almonds and strawberries on the mixture.
  • Chill in freezer 30 minutes.
  • Lift the parchment paper from both sides and make a pyramid shape by hand.
  • Cover all sides with parchment paper and put in the freezer overnight (or for at least 5 hours).
  • Take out the dessert at least 10 minutes before serving.
  • Cut it into slices.
  • Serve cold.
