This is good for breakfast, or as a sidedish for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb bulk sausage, hot or mild
- 1 cup rice
- 2 c chicken broth
Directions
- Brown sausage in sauce pan.
- Add rice.
- Stir, while heating, approximately 2 min.
- Pour in chicken broth.
- Stir.
- Cover.
- Cook approximately 20 min., or until rice is done.
- Remove lid.
- Stir with a fork to fluff rice.
- Serve immediately.
