Ingredients

¾ cup plain mashed potato (made with milk, no salt or pepper)

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp brown sugar

100g salted butter

1 tsp vanilla essence

½ cup cocoa powder

300g icing (confectioners) sugar

Extra cocoa

Directions

Add cinnamon, chili powder and brown sugar to the mashed potato, mix thoroughly.

Melt butter, stir in vanilla and cocoa. Add mashed potato.

Add in icing sugar in batches, mixing until smooth.

Roll balls of approximately 1 tsp each and roll in cocoa. Chill 2 hours.
