The only thing I like different with my salmon, is putting it under the broiler for a few secs. For some reason, we like ours a little crisp around the ends, but it was a great, simple dish! Thanks! Next time, if I want, I will just throw it in the oven for a quick sec! Yummy! Love the white wine added to it!

This sounds incredible to me, maybe the rating was from someone who doesn't like salmon!! Seems as if making a rating should require a comment to know why. Big difference between a recipe not working and just an ingredient one doesn't like. I'll try this soon and let you know how it goes for me!

This sounds simple and wonderful! To give someone a rating of *1* is so unkind, it would be best just not to rate than to be unkind. I however believe with the ingredients posted and the method it should have a ^5!
