Ingredients

How to make it

  • gentley wash fish and feel for any bones
  • pat dry
  • place skin down in middle of wax paper
  • add salt pepper and wine
  • fold paper til sides meet on top and fold over to close on top leaving air space between fish and 'roof' of paper
  • fold and enclose both ends
  • place in micro for 6 minutes

    This sounds simple and wonderful! To give someone a rating of *1* is so unkind, it would be best just not to rate than to be unkind. I however believe with the ingredients posted and the method it should have a ^5!

    This sounds incredible to me, maybe the rating was from someone who doesn't like salmon!! Seems as if making a rating should require a comment to know why. Big difference between a recipe not working and just an ingredient one doesn't like. I'll try this soon and let you know how it goes for me!
