- 3/4cp flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 3/4 dark brown sugar
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1/2cp peanut butter
- 1/4 cp milk
- 1cp raw apples
- powder sugar

Ingredients

How to make it

Preheat oven 350
sift flour with baking powder,cinnamon&salt
beat eggs untill lightand gradually beat in sugar
stir in milk,vanilla&peanut butter
fold in flour mixture and grated apples
spread in greased 8x8x2 pan
bake at 350 for 30-35 min or golden
cool in pan 5min
cut into 24 finger shaped pieces
roll into powder sugar
