Made these today. They are very good. I found that cooking for 35 minutes is much to long. I have a convection oven and I found that they got to crunchy. Next time I make them I will try only 20 minutes to see how they come out. Over all they are very tastey.
OOOOPSS! Thanks, Shandy! Yes, 3 oz -- I never noticed that, cause I go by the metric measurements....I will correct that right now! (Even my original copy is wrong!!!)
Small question. The caster (fine sugar) says 30 oz, but you mean 3 oz. right? These sound wonderful and I don't want to goof when I make them. Thanks :D
