Easy Flaky Cream Cheese Pie Crust Recipe
This pastry is WONDERFUL! It is QUICK... just mix, and press in pan. Good for sweet fillings, as well as savory fillings. You will love it!

Ingredients
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • That's all!!

Directions
  1. Blend cream cheese and butter
  2. Add flour
  3. Press in ungreased 10-inch pie plate
  4. Bake at 350 until brown OR fill with favorite filling and bake according to directions for an entire pie
  5. NOTE: Chess pies are very good baked in this pastry

I'm trying to find that "perfect" pie crust - for pies and quiches. I will have to try this one, since I REALLY the kind of crusts that don't require rolling out...so much easier to just "press and fill"! Thanks, Rosemary.


I'm going to give this a try with my rice flour mix ( I can't have wheat). I really miss having a flaky pie crust.. well maybe I just miss pie!!
