- * 2/3 cup light cooking oil
- * 2/3 cup buttermilk
- * 1 to 3 tbsp. fresh, chopped rosemary (1 to 3 tsp. dried)
- **Optional: Use Herbs de Provence in place of the rosemary for a nice alternative! See my recipe mix!**

Ingredients

* 4 sticks butter, softened shopping list
* 2/3 cup light cooking oil shopping list
* 2/3 cup buttermilk shopping list
* 1 to 3 tbsp. fresh, chopped rosemary (1 to 3 tsp. dried) shopping list

How to make it

Stir all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until well blended.
Please spread the rosemary butter about 1/2 an inch thick on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
Refrigerate the butter until hardened and then use a decorative cookie cutter to punch it out in shapes.
