If you enjoy the flavor of rosemary as much as I do, you really should try this simple recipe. Rosemary butter is great on hot bread, fish or vegetables. Great to serve at Holiday season as terrific individual butter pats! :)

Ingredients
  • * 4 sticks butter, softened
  • * 2/3 cup light cooking oil
  • * 2/3 cup buttermilk
  • * 1 to 3 tbsp. fresh, chopped rosemary (1 to 3 tsp. dried)
  • **Optional: Use Herbs de Provence in place of the rosemary for a nice alternative! See my recipe mix!**

Directions
  1. Stir all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until well blended.
  2. Please spread the rosemary butter about 1/2 an inch thick on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
  3. Refrigerate the butter until hardened and then use a decorative cookie cutter to punch it out in shapes.
