Fresh Rosemary Butter

- * 4 sticks butter, softened shopping list
- * 2/3 cup light cooking oil shopping list
- * 2/3 cup buttermilk shopping list
- * 1 to 3 tbsp. fresh, chopped rosemary (1 to 3 tsp. dried) shopping list

How to make it
- Stir all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until well blended.
- Please spread the rosemary butter about 1/2 an inch thick on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
- Refrigerate the butter until hardened and then use a decorative cookie cutter to punch it out in shapes.
