Rice Krispy Chicken Recipe
This is a change for coating for chicken. Goes great with any type of potatoe and veggie. Everyone that tries this loves it.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup coarsely crushed rice crispies
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt or garlic (whichever you prefer)
  • 1 egg
  • 6 pieces bone-in chicken, such as breasts, thighs and legs, skinned

Directions
  1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine cereal, flour and seasoned salt in a shallow dish or pie plate.
  3. Beat egg with 1 Tbsp. water in a shallow bowl.
  4. Dip meaty side of each chicken piece in egg mixture, then in cereal mixture.
  5. PLACE chicken, coating sides up, on baking sheet; spray lightly with butter flavored cooking spray.
  6. BAKE 40 min. or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.

Would this have to be bone in chicken? I really like to use boneless chicken breast.
