How to make it

  • In a bowl, mix cake mix, pudding and sugar.
  • Add eggs and oil and mix.
  • Add vodka, galliano and orange juice and mix until well blended.
  • Pour into bundt cake pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes.
  • Cool cake on rack.
  • Glaze:
  • In a saucepan, combine orange juice and confectioners' sugar and heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.
  • Remove from heat and add vodka and galliano.
  • When cake is cooled, remove from pan and put on serving plate.
  • Prick the top and sides of the cake.
  • Cover cake with glaze and allow a few minutes for the glaze to soak in before serving.

    Oh jaie, you brought back some "fond memories" with this one - I LOVED Harvey Wallbangers (back in the day...), and this cake was a delicious "taste" of that popular drink. I haven't made this in years, but it's so, so good and definitely worth making again, I remember the glaze over the warm cake soaked in and left the best flavor...I would give this a 10 if I could!!
