This is a very good coffee cake, I would imagine you could change the flavors by adding different kinds of pie filling, like Cherry or even apple etc.

You could also drizzle this glaze over it if you want to dress it up some when it comes out of the oven.
Glaze: 1 Cup of powdered sugar, 2 tsp. softened oleo a sprinkle of salt, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/2 Tablespoons of milk (heated slightly)
It is a soft glaze I use on cinnamon rolls, once it sets you can touch it with your fingers and it won't come off but it stays soft never gets hard and crunchy.
