Sacre bleu! The perfect champagne cocktail dating back to WW1! There are so many variations... using Rose Champagne, served on the rocks or in a Martini glass. But, this is a classic recipe in a Flute...enjoy! :)

Ingredients
  • 1 ounce No. 209 gin
  • 1/2 teaspoon simple syrup infused with Meyer lemon and a touch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 4 ounces Champagne
  • Orange slice and cherry for garnish

Directions
  1. Shake gin, simple syrup and lemon juice over ice in shaker.
  2. Strain into Champagne flute and add Champagne.
  3. Add the garnishes.
  4. Sip and enjoy!
