Ingredients

½ cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup white sugar

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

¼ cup buttermilk

½ cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

¾ cup boiling water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, white sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa.

Stir in oil, vanilla and milk until smooth. Spread mixture in a 1 quart baking dish.

Stir together brown sugar, 1 tablespoon cocoa and boiling water. Pour over pudding mixture in baking dish.

Bake in preheated oven 30 to 45 minutes
