Ingredients

4-6 thick slices of crusty bread

4 tbs butter, softened, plus 1 tbs more for toasting

1 tsp prepared mustard

½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Pinch of cayenne/red pepper

8 oz of grated cheddar cheese (or really nice sharp cheese)

2 tbs milk or ale/beer

Directions

Butter one side of the bread and toast under a hot broiler until golden.

Mix together the remaining ingredients to create a cheese spread.

Spread onto the un-toasted side of the bread and broil until brown and bubbly.

Serve warm with sliced tomatoes.

Heavenly!

Optional for a Brunch Idea: (If you serve it topped with a poached egg, then it's called a Golden Buck.) LOL!
