  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions
  1. Use your favorite bread machine settings.

Made this without bread machine. Good flavor but had a terrible time with the dough fermentation.
