Delicious mushrooms, as a side to steak, absolutely awesome. Very easy, no stir, no tending over a pot.

Making this for the kid's contribution to her holiday dinner....Will flambee the mushrooms with some brandy before baking them in the butter and cream. Will add extra flavor. If I can get a picture tomorrow, I'll upload one. Also making Baked Amber Honey bourbon Vidalia onions and blasted bloody cherry tomatoes (cherry tomatoes, shallots, garlic thyme, vodka and a touch of cream).
