I recieved this cookbook over 40 years ago while in PA, and I have used it often. Love this recipe, and came to this fall, and I cannot find the book! So excited to find it online. My kids and grandkids LOVE these puffers, especially when they can pick the apples themselves, come home and make the fresh fritters. Thanks for posting it!
