A pousse cafe or multi-layered drink. We aim to please. It has been known in its various forms of 6 and 7 layers to knock people on their tush!

Ingredients
- 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
- 1/2 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
- 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
Directions
- Pour into a pousse-cafe or cordial glass, in order; amaretto, bailey's irish cream, and cointreau.
- It will be layered with heaviest on bottom.

Amaretto is clear light brown in color, Bailey's is a creamy beige, and Cointreau, though it is derived from oranges, is clear in color!!!I was a bartender for 15 years...that's how I know! You shouldn't tell people that this is how it looks...
