    I just made this using plain, nonfat organic yogurt and LITE Philly - it was fantastic, really close to the real stuff and @annieamie I didn't find it salty at all - especially if you add just the barest touch of lemon zest (like 1/4 lemon's worth TOPS).

    Rosemary? Have you tried this in a tiramisu recipe yet? I was just wondering if it was a bit salty due to the cream cheese. It sure sounds like a great substitute! What kind of recipes have you used it in? Please let me know when you have time to write back as I'd love to try it soon! Thank you for posting this!
