Ingredients

How to make it

  • Peel the potatoes, and cut into quarters.
  • Cook the potatoes in a pot of boiling, salted water until fork tender. Drain the potatoes, and put them through a potato ricer and then back into the pot.
  • Add the cheese, cream, salt and pepper and chopped herbs. Mix well.
  • Serve immediately, or keep warm in a double boiler over simmering water.

    My daughter and I absolutely love this cheese and it sounds delicious. Can't wait to make this when hubby is not around (not a fan of gorganzola). Guess I'll just make him plain ol' mashed.
