Ingredients

2 Pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes

1 Cup Gorgonzola Cheese, Broke Into Pieces

1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

Salt And Pepper

2 Teaspoons Fresh, Chopped Herb Of Choice (Oregano, Sage, Parsley And Rosemary Are Good Choices)

Directions

Peel the potatoes, and cut into quarters.

Cook the potatoes in a pot of boiling, salted water until fork tender. Drain the potatoes, and put them through a potato ricer and then back into the pot.

Add the cheese, cream, salt and pepper and chopped herbs. Mix well.

Serve immediately, or keep warm in a double boiler over simmering water.
