How to make it

  • Peel the potatoes, and cut into quarters.

My daughter and I absolutely love this cheese and it sounds delicious. Can't wait to make this when hubby is not around (not a fan of gorganzola). Guess I'll just make him plain ol' mashed.

This is so ME, I have to try this one soon - how could it not be delicious? Potatoes and my fave cheese, with some cream and fresh herbs...oh yeah!
