Potatoes Gorgonzola

- 2 Pounds yukon gold potatoes shopping list
- 1 Cup gorgonzola cheese, Broke Into Pieces shopping list
- 1/2 Cup heavy cream shopping list
- salt And pepper shopping list
- 2 Teaspoons Fresh, Chopped herb Of Choice (oregano, sage, parsley And rosemary Are Good Choices) shopping list
How to make it
- Peel the potatoes, and cut into quarters.
- Cook the potatoes in a pot of boiling, salted water until fork tender. Drain the potatoes, and put them through a potato ricer and then back into the pot.
- Add the cheese, cream, salt and pepper and chopped herbs. Mix well.
- Serve immediately, or keep warm in a double boiler over simmering water.
