Crunchy-Topped Spice Cake

Great if you like the fall cinnamon flavors.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted shopping list
- 1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin shopping list
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package spice cake mix shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped walnuts, divided shopping list
- 1 12 oz. bag butterscotch chips shopping list
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, butter and pumpkin. Add cake mix; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in 3/4 cups walnuts. Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips and remaining nuts.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
